Yes it does, NOC level A occupations are designated as professionals in "insert industry". I would suspect that one of the reasons the change has been made is because under education in the 4213 group it states that a bachelor's degree or college diploma is usually required and occupations that require a bachelor's degree are normally assigned to NOC Skill level A.

Change the items you want to use, blank out those you don't.
Once you are satisfied that you've got what you want copy and paste the entire contents of the result box into the signature area of your email software.

The former group 4213- Employment Counsellors has now become group 4156 and is still called "Employment Counsellors."
